1. Introduction

Welcome to WinkPK ("WinkPK", "we", "us", or "our"), an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform accessible at winkpk.cam. WinkPK is designed and operated for the benefit of adult users in the Pakistan market and other jurisdictions where access to such information is lawful.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between WinkPK and any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the WinkPK platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all content, features, services, and functionality made available through the platform.

WinkPK does not operate a licensed casino or sportsbook directly within Pakistan. We are an information and content platform. References to betting operators, payment methods, and gaming products are for informational and contextual purposes only. Online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation in Pakistan. Users must independently determine the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction before participating in any real-money activity with any third-party operator.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Platform — The WinkPK website at winkpk.cam, including all subpages, content, tools, and services accessible thereon.
• User / Account Holder — Any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• Account — A registered user profile created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• Operator — Any third-party licensed gambling or betting company to which WinkPK may direct users for actual wagering activity.
• Bonus — Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to users subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement / Rollover — The number of times a bonus amount or deposit plus bonus must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process required before full account functionality, including withdrawals, is enabled.
• PKR — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. Where amounts are stated in PKR, they are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as operational figures.
• Self-Exclusion — A voluntary process by which a User requests temporary or permanent suspension of their account to manage gambling behaviour.
• Intellectual Property — All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software code, database structure, and other proprietary material associated with the WinkPK Platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the WinkPK Platform, including browsing publicly available content without registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. WinkPK reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Where these Terms are presented alongside any platform-specific terms imposed by an Operator to whom we refer users, both sets of terms apply concurrently. In case of conflict, the Operator's own terms govern the actual gambling transaction; these Terms govern your use of the WinkPK informational platform.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's licence jurisdiction — to register an Account on WinkPK or to access any gambling-related content on the Platform. WinkPK strictly prohibits access by minors. Where there is reason to suspect a user is underage, the Account will be suspended pending age verification, and any funds associated with underage accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

WinkPK's information content is accessible globally; however, actual gambling activity via third-party Operators may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, including within Pakistan. It is the User's responsibility to ascertain whether accessing gambling content or participating in online gambling is lawful in their specific location. WinkPK makes no representation that use of the Platform or any linked Operator is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

4.3 Personal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity, that you are not a politically exposed person acting in conflict of interest, that you are not subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from opening a gambling account, and that the funds you intend to use for betting activities are legitimately sourced.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

To access personalised features of the WinkPK Platform, Users may be required to register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. WinkPK reserves the right to decline registration without providing reasons.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and maintained on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any associated balances.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. WinkPK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify WinkPK immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, WinkPK reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonuses claimed across duplicates, and report the matter to relevant compliance authorities.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with industry-standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, WinkPK and any Operator to which we refer users may require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before certain Account features — particularly withdrawals — are enabled.

KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identity (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account in the User's name)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed defined thresholds

WinkPK and its Operators reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

7. Deposits & Payments

WinkPK does not directly process financial transactions. All deposits and payments are handled by third-party Operators and payment processors. The following provisions apply to the extent relevant to the WinkPK information platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by individual Operators and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment methods available may include — but are not limited to — familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). These payment brands are cited as contextual references only and do not imply their endorsement or facilitation of gambling services.
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility. PKR amounts cited on this Platform are illustrative only; actual supported currencies are defined by the Operator.
• WinkPK is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected deposits resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the User.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed prior to first withdrawal.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method, Operator, and compliance review status. No specific processing speed is guaranteed by WinkPK.
• Withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence checks may be held pending review. This is a regulatory requirement, not an arbitrary delay.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are defined by the Operator and are subject to change.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives are subject to specific Terms attached to each individual promotion. These Terms take precedence over any general promotional language used in marketing materials. Users must read and understand the specific offer terms before claiming any promotion.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means the user must wager PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Game contribution rates vary — sports bets may contribute 100% while some casino games contribute a lower percentage. Always consult the specific bonus terms.

9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit typically applies — commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, though this varies by Operator and promotion. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

9.4 Bonus Abuse

WinkPK and its Operators take a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds in a pattern designed to exploit the terms without genuine risk (e.g., low-variance wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover); and collusion with other users to trigger referral bonuses artificially.

9.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion's terms and are typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of crediting.

10. Betting Rules

Betting activity on WinkPK is facilitated through third-party Operators who maintain their own comprehensive betting rules. The following general principles apply across most major Operators:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where in-play cash-out functionality is explicitly offered.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (i.e., odds manifestly incorrect due to technical fault), Operators reserve the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, even after event settlement.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended due to late withdrawal, team-sheet changes, weather events, or regulatory decisions may be voided or settled in accordance with individual market rules.
• Accumulator/parlay bets require all legs to win for a full payout. Void legs are typically removed from the accumulator, and the bet is recalculated accordingly.
• Live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during breaks in play, significant in-game events, or connectivity issues. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournament matches, and bilateral series — are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable for weather-affected matches.

11. Responsible Gambling

WinkPK is committed to promoting a safe gambling environment. We recognise that gambling carries inherent financial and psychological risks, and that for some users, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory waiting period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum net loss they are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Time / Session Limits: Users may set reminders or hard session time limits to help manage the duration of gambling sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term break from the platform, typically ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Account is temporarily restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal process to suspend or permanently close an Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion periods are defined by the Operator's licensing obligations.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding users of the duration and outcome of their current session.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinkPK Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or other technical tools to gain unfair advantage on betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinkPK staff or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying WinkPK content without prior written authorisation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the WinkPK Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of WinkPK or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights legislation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from WinkPK.

The WinkPK name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of WinkPK. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinkPK shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Financial losses incurred through betting activity with any third-party Operator, regardless of whether that Operator was referenced or linked from this Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or security incidents beyond WinkPK's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, game information, or other third-party data displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay or failure in processing withdrawals attributable to payment providers, banks, or regulatory holds.

WinkPK's total aggregate liability to any User, in respect of all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount of any fees paid by that User to WinkPK in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Amendments to These Terms

WinkPK reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the WinkPK Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting us at [email protected].

For material changes that may significantly affect users' rights or obligations, WinkPK will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates via prominent on-site notification. However, we cannot guarantee that all users will receive direct notification of every amendment.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinkPK is incorporated or registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Pakistani law or the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and WinkPK, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation, where such mechanisms are available under applicable law.

For disputes arising from real-money gambling activity with a third-party Operator, you should contact that Operator directly through their official complaint-handling process. WinkPK is not a party to the gambling contract between you and any Operator and cannot resolve financial disputes arising from that relationship.
